CRISS ANGEL Believe™ (Opened October 2008) – CRISS ANGEL Believe is the new Cirque du Soleil production that opened in a custom-built theatre at Luxor. CRISS ANGEL Believe is a haunting exploration deep inside the inventive mind of mystifier Criss Angel as he hovers between the land of the living and a surreal world uniquely woven together by the distinctive imaginations of Criss Angel and Cirque du Soleil. Unlike traditional magic-themed shows, CRISS ANGEL Believe transcends any preconceived notions of what it means to be emotionally engaged by the arts of mysticism and illusion.
Fantasy – Set in Luxor’s Atrium Showroom, this provocative adult revue brings fantasies to life with the sizzling Fantasy dancers. Choreographed by Cris Judd and Tiger Martina and produced by Emmy-award winner Anita Mann, Fantasy features the dazzling vocals of Stephanie Sanchez and multi-faceted entertainer Sean Cooper. The show’s talented dancers perform hot routines in sexy costumes, offering the audience an opportunity to let their inhibitions go.
Carrot Top – After touring the country with his renowned comedy show for more than 15 years, comedian Carrot Top is a permanent headliner at Luxor’s Atrium Showroom. With a knack for rock ‘n’ roll gadgets and in-your-face energy, Carrot Top’s super imaginative performances and outrageous style have made him a pop culture phenomenon. Known as a genius when it comes to inventive props, Carrot Top pokes fun at cultural icons, rednecks and more.
Menopause The Musical® – Inspired by a hot flash and a bottle of wine, writer and producer Jeanie Linders created the show as a celebration of women who are on the brink of, in the middle of, or have survived “The Change.” From its first performance, the show has evolved as a “grass-roots” movement of women who deal with life after 40 and all the challenges that result in the mental, physical and spiritual freedom of the post-World War II baby boomer generation. This hilarious show has launched a women’s movement that has superseded entertainment, empowered its audiences and become a must-see event. Consisting of parodies from the classic songs of the ‘60s, ‘70s and ‘80s, the show is filled with optimism, connection and laughter.
Nightlife, Lounges and Bars (Ages 21 and Older)
LAX Nightclub Las Vegas – One of L.A.’s hottest nightclubs now lights up Luxor with star power courtesy of celebrity investors DJ AM and Christina Aguilera. From the creators of PURE Nightclub, LAX Las Vegas combines the best of its Los Angeles namesake with the energy and excitement that only Pure Management Group can create. Catering to a sophisticated Hollywood crowd, LAX is the destination of choice for discriminating club-goers, A-list celebrities and the social jet set. The intimate surroundings, incomparable DJ line-up and polished hip décor by L.A. designer Thomas Schoos has nightlife aficionados itching to catch a glimpse of Las Vegas’ newest hotspot.
Noir Bar – Pure Management Group brings an all-new style of nightlife to Las Vegas with Noir Bar, an ultra-exclusive nightspot designed to cater only to the most elite clientele. Part of Luxor’s new nightlife scene, Noir’s entrance is outside of the resort providing patrons private access to the venue. Reminiscent of a modern speakeasy, only those fortunate enough to get on the elite guest list are allowed entrance through Noir’s secret passageway into the stunning candle-lit bar layered in rich leathers and gleaming crystals. An intimate spot where guests can enjoy European bottle service, sip specialty drinks created tableside and sample scrumptious desserts from an antique-style French dessert cart, Noir Bar caters exclusively to the high-end club customer looking for a truly exclusive nightlife experience.
CatHouse – This sexy ultra lounge is a discreet playpen where patrons indulge in the unique design and voyeuristic visual elements.
Flight – Luxor takes off with Flight, a new bar adjacent to LAX. Designed by Thomas Schoos to carry LAX’s unique design onto the casino floor, Flight offers a 40-seat lounge, gaming tables and a full bar serving the latest in premium cocktails, including signature “flights” – three specialty cocktails with a shared theme.
Liquidity – Design firm Super Potato brings water to life with Liquidity. Located in the center of Luxor’s trademark pyramid, Liquidity features a bar and three separate lounge areas. Using cutting-edge technology, Liquidity’s one-of-a-kind design centers on a projection system that uses water as a canvas. With a modern, sleek design, Liquidity serves as the focal point for the remodeled casino floor.
Aurora Lounge – This unique 157-seat lounge boasts a dynamic atmosphere designed to resemble the Aurora Borealis, also known as the Northern Lights. Aurora features signature martinis, mojitos and margaritas along with an assortment of contemporary cocktails, wine, beer and a premium selection of non-alcoholic items. The lounge also offers European bottle service, wine service and martinis poured tableside.
Fine Dining at Luxor
Luxor offers a variety of fine dining experiences from seafood and steak to Pan Asian cuisine and Italian, all served in distinctive surroundings.
T&T (Tacos & Tequila) (Opened September 2008) – World-renowned restaurateur and chef Richard Sandoval teamed up with Alvarez + Brock Design to create a fun, energetic dining experience. The menu includes Sandoval’s unique presentation of traditional and modern Mexican cuisine and a drink program highlighted by an extensive list of tequila selections, specialty cocktails and infused tequilas. Five icons of Mexican culture – the sombrero, the shot glass, the bullfight, skeletons and seductive women – inspired the design concept.
TENDER Steak & Seafood (Opened July 2008) – Executive Chef K.C. Fazel showcases a unique menu utilizing sustainable, small farm and seasonally procured ingredients. Steakhouse favorites such as Kobe, Wagyu and Black Angus are served alongside more exotic meats including Nilgai Antelope, Bison Short Ribs and Rocky Mountain Elk Chops. Complementing the menu is an equally innovative drink menu featuring classic cocktails and contemporary creations. Renowned designer Thomas Schoos creates a comfortably modern atmosphere, while paying homage to the American West. Old reclaimed barn wood, Longhorn chandeliers and modern black and white photography of rustic, American landscapes give TENDER Steak & Seafood a distinctly western appeal.
CatHouse– The design of this relaxed, sexy restaurant and loungerie is a modern interpretation of a 19th century French bordello; complemented by provocatively dressed staff and voyeuristic visual elements. Executive Chef Kerry Simon has created dishes inspired by European, Asian and American flavors. The atmosphere in the dining room is sultry with low-light chandeliers, tufted-fabric walls and a cobalt-blue color scheme, while the ultra lounge portion of the venue is a predominantly red room, designed to create an intimate, seductive, yet elegant setting that makes every customer feel like a VIP.
Company Kitchen and Pub House – The third Las Vegas restaurant from nightlife and dining pacesetters Pure Management Group, Company reinvents the concept of American cuisine. Encompassing more than 10,000 square feet, the restaurant features a fireside lounge surrounded by aspen trees and hurricane lamp candles, a state-of-the-art wine room and an innovative menu of American comfort foods. With celebrity investors Nicky Hilton, Nick Lachey and Wilmer Valderrama, Company creates a dining experience that is trendy yet comfortable. Located next to LAX, Company comes to life through the handiwork of acclaimed New York-based design firm AvroKO.
Casual Dining at Luxor
Luxor also provides guests with relaxed, informal dining.
Pyramid Café – The 24-hour café features a full menu of salads, burgers, steaks and homemade pizzas along with around-the-clock breakfast specialties. Conveniently located on the casino floor, this casual eatery serves up comfort food such as Fajitas and Chicken Parmesan.
Backstage Deli – Located near Luxor Theatre, the Backstage Deli menu includes favorites such as signature Triple Decker sandwiches, Pretzel Bread, Corned Beef and Patty Melts with caramelized onions on marbled rye, all served in a New York-style setting.
MORE Buffet – Featuring a 30-foot-long salad bar, house-made pizza station, two carving stations, two omelet stations and specialties from around the world, MORE Buffet is sure to please every appetite.
Luxor Food Court – For a quick bite or gourmet coffee to go, the food court offers a wide selection of choices from Starbucks Coffee, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, McDonald's, Nathan's, Little Caesars Pizza, Quiznos Subs and Swenson's Ice Cream.
Nurture – The Spa at Luxor
Nurture – The Spa at Luxor offers a chance to unwind amid the exciting hustle and bustle of Las Vegas. Relax in this intimate facility with new treatments designed to soothe tired bodies and calm weary minds. Rejuvenating services include Lomi Lomi Massage, inspired by the long, flowing movements of Hawaiian shamanic massage; the HYLUNIA® Papaya Mango Facial, wholly vegan and all natural; and the BUBALINA® Blueberry Antioxidant Body Treatment, an invigorating scrub rich in anti-aging nutrients. Pool and Cabanas
Luxor features four large pools, four relaxing whirlpools and 12 private cabanas, each with a beverage-stocked refrigerator, an air-cooling mist system and ceiling fan. Each comfortable cabana also includes a 32-inch flat screen television, dining table and chairs, in-house telephone, food and beverage service and two rafts for the pools. Sleek chaises provide a plush lounging environment, ensuring guests an upscale pool experience.
Premier Exhibitions on Atrium Level
The new complex on the resort’s Atrium level features two highly successful experiences – BODIES…The Exhibition and Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition. BODIES. . .The Exhibition is a fascinating and educational display of the human body. Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition is a remarkable exhibit of authentic pieces from the legendary ship featuring the largest piece of Titanic ever recovered, the ‘Big Piece’ – an enormous, 15-ton portion of the First Class hull.
Shopping at Luxor
Luxor offers a distinctive shopping experience within Luxor Galleria, with a variety of Luxor and Las Vegas souvenirs and exotic gifts as well as Criss Angel MINDFREAK – The Official Store @ Luxor which offers jeweled items including key chains made with Swarovski crystals and the popular necklace modeled after Criss’ own. Threads offers contemporary men’s apparel featuring brand names such as DKNY, English Laundry, Perry Ellis, Oakley and resort wear from Tommy Bahama.

Mandalay Place
The first retail center directly attached to two major casinos, Mandalay Place provides an uncommon collection of boutiques and restaurants and is located on the 100,000-square-foot sky bridge connecting Luxor and Mandalay Bay. Unique shopping venues include the only U.S.-based Nike Golf store; VIVA DOGS VEGAS, luxury gifts for the chic pet; The Art of Shaving, A Barber Spa; and upscale fashions from Nora Blue and Elton’s Men’s Store.
Guest Rooms and Suites
The Pyramid features 2,455 deluxe guest rooms and 234 Spa Suites. Inclinators travel the 30 stories at a 39-degree angle in each corner of the pyramid, delivering guests to their rooms in unique fashion. The Pyramid Deluxe Guestrooms feature king or queen-size beds, 27-inch televisions AM/FM radios and an oversize shower. Pyramid Spa Suites feature exquisite accents throughout the décor. Each suite features a comfortable living room complete with wet bar and a large whirlpool tub located next to the window, ideal for a romantic evening view of the Las Vegas skyline.
The twin 22-story towers feature 1,950 deluxe rooms and 237 suites. The Tower Deluxe Guestrooms offers king or queen-size beds, an armoire, 27-inch televisions, lighted makeup mirrors and a separate shower and tub. The well-appointed Tower Luxury One-Bedroom Suites offer accommodations custom designed with meticulous attention to detail, the finest amenities and spectacular views of The Strip, mountains or Luxor’s sparkling pools.
The Chapel at Luxor
The Chapel at Luxor offers a beautiful site to begin a journey together. Whether an intimate gathering or a grand ceremony, the chapel combines an elegant interior with an uncompromising array of services to ensure a memorable wedding day. The full-service chapel offers music, photography, videography, floral and limousine services, along with unique ideas to personalize each event. In addition, Luxor’s banquet facilities are available for receptions and dinners.
Casino
Luxor’s casino includes popular table games such as Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Pai Gow Poker and Craps as well as the latest in slot machines, a Poker Room and The Race & Sports Book.
Set for completion by Summer 2008, Luxor’s new casino-floor design will flow the water theme of the new center bar Liquidity out onto the gaming floor with new carpet, wall coverings, wave-patterned columns and alluring light fixtures, all in a varying color palette of cool blues, vibrant purples and plums. Custom-designed ergonomic slot bases and chairs will provide a hip, contemporary look and feel, mirroring the dynamic energy of the distinct casino floor venues recently opened.
Meeting and Convention Facilities
Whether looking for an intimate setting for a 20-person dinner or a lavish event for up to 1,000 attendees, the Egyptian Ballroom provides 20,000 square feet of easily adaptable space, allowing Luxor to accommodate a wide variety of meeting, convention or special event needs. Catering experts and an in-house audio-visual team are on-hand to assist with each event.
Shadow Creek
Located in the midst of the barren Nevada desert on the outskirts of Las Vegas, Shadow Creek has achieved national recognition and the kind of startling mystique reserved for only a select number of golf courses. The course, perennially ranked among Golf Digest’s top 10 courses in the country, is known for its natural beauty, rolling terrain, glistening brooks and ponds, lush gardens and mature trees. The visual elements, spectacular waterfalls and course design lend to astonishing views.
Shadow Creek re-opened in December 2008 following a seven-month enhancement project overseen by original course architect Tom Fazio. The course’s tees and greens were rebuilt and reseeded, the irrigation system was upgraded and a new world-class short-game area was created, intended to reflect the diverse and intriguing shot values evident throughout the course.
